Hi.. I have a question, hope some gurus can enlighten me.
If I bought a resale HDB, after the MOP period. I buy a private property.
And after all these, my resale HDB get enbloc.
What will happen? As in, am I still entitled to the new block selection from HDB or I will just get a sum from HDB for my that resale unit??
