HI, I have a question here. I have signed OTP and deposit $1000 as option fee. At the same time signed contract with my agent to pay the agent fee. Later If we choose not to exercise of this unit and buy another unit (viewing ourself), I know the $1000 might be forfeited. Do I still have to pay the agent fee for the first unit?

Hi, it is not might be but rather your option fee of $1000 will be forfeited if you choose not to go ahead and exercise the contract. And you do not have to pay your servicing agent any fee in that case.
