Hi, I have a question for my friends about the dispose of oversea property. His wife (PR) considers to buy a resale HDB. She doesn't have any oversea property. However, my friend (also PR) has an oversea property. In such situation, when his wife buy an HDB, is my friend required to dispose his oversea property?
