hi, i have a HDB Exec and thinking of upgrading to EC/Condo. However, on the downpayment of the 15%, my CPF is not enough since it's been used to service my current mortage. Should I wait till my CPF able to reach the 15% amount or is there any other ways that I can tap on. Tks.

Hi,

You are considering on new launch EC or resale EC?

If your CPF isn't enough for the 15%, you can just simply top up with cash.
