Hi Mr Chan,

Good evening. With regard to your question above, there are many factors to look at before proceeding with the purchasing decision. Factors such as:
1. To buy an EC or a private condo?
2. 1 bedder or 2 bedder?
3. Location will also play a factor on the total quantum of the condo price. It boils down to 2 important factors; a) suburban condo with larger interior area (low PSF price) OR b) a more centralised condo with a relatively smaller interior area (high PSF price). There are a few condos that fit your budget but we have to look and analyse further into your requirements and needs thoroughly before we can shortlist the condos.

You may want to discuss this with an agent you are comfortable with, to fully understand your needs so as to allow the process of shortlisting a condo a seamless one.

Dear Mr Chan,

It is good that you have set forward a price range to be worked on for a start. Assuming that this price is derived after you have done your due diligence in terms of financial assessment, the preferences among buyers will differ greatly.

A good buy is subjective among the different buyers, therefore the probable directions you should head towards in your considerations will be:

1) Location - Near office? Near family members? Near areas where there are potential developments such that potential of appreciation is higher?

2) Project - Boutique development? Full condo? Mega development? Walk up?

In my opinion, I will like to go for something which will be convenient for me in terms of traveling to work, but near my parents as I have kids where my parents can come in to help look after if required.

If I may know your lifestyle better,, I could make a better proposal on what projects could be suitable for you instead of hardselling projects which I am currently marketing.
