Hi,

I have a 8 year old HDB property, which i am paying it using my CPF monthly. Can i own a second property? Is there a ruling that i need to maintain a certain sum in my CPF?

Pls assist.

Afternoon Chu,

If my memoru serves me well, if you were to purchase 2nd property, you need to keep 50% of minimum sum, before you can use the rest for the purchase.
