Hi,

You can apply to HDB for special approval to sublet whole unit if you have legitimate reason such as overseas posting. It is possible to do so if there is a genuine case and you have to submit supporting documents. In that case, perhaps we can work out an arrangement so that we can take care of the property and renting issues while you are away? Thanks and hope to have the opportunity to work with you.
