Hi,

I have 2 rooms to rent out but i have some questions. If i rent out the rooms, who will pay for the utilities bills?

As I will be travelling quite often, I will not be staying in my apartment very often. Is it fair for me to ask the tenant to pay for the bills?

since you are not around, you may suggest that the 1st tenant apply for the utilities.
