I would like to compliment Mr Ivan Ng for his professional work and effort.I sent my first post in Jan 2019 and Ivan replied promptly, so I have decided to contact Ivan for follow up. I also noted that you earn an income of $10k per month. However, to determine if you're able to loan $500k, I will need your age too. Because if you're above age 75, it is unlikely that you will be able to secure a loan for property purchase, even if you draw a $10k income.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

You seems to be in a good position to purchase a 1.5 mil condo since you already have about 1 mil in both cash and CPF.

You may also need to take into considerations other costs such as the Buyer Stamp Duty which is about 4% and legal fees. It will be recommended to do an In Principal Approval as well to determine what is the maximum loan amount that you are eligible for. With your income and having no debt obligations, the loan should not be too big an issue.
