Hi, i had received a HLE Letter with a loan amount of $207100, i had a OA of around $23K, and cash of $20K. Currently, i am married to a S Pass holder. I would like to check the price of the HDB at yishun that i am eligible based on my HLE amount,CPF and cash. I am male 28 years old Singaporean

There are some units in Boon Lay or MacPherson area that are going at around $250k to $270k.
