Hi Andy, yes you could sell away your current HDB unit and purchase again in future. But pls note that when you purchase hdb unit again in the future, you have to sell away your overseas property. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi Andy, if you have place to stay after sold off your hdb, then it may be a good move as market is slow now, and lots of BTO will be ready next 2 years. I am sure you knew the situation. We can discuss more if you could drop me an email.

You can do so but do take note that you have to sell off your overseas property if you purchase a HDB in the future.
