i got my hle n booked a flat... weeks after tat my gf n i both change our job...n now hdb asking for for employment letter n credit bureau letter to confirm our the loan the can offer... i got a default payment n i alreay settled it long ago but the records still state as default n payment is settled...will my hdb loan be effected because of my credit bureau..im a 1st time buyer...pls advice, thanks
