Most buyers tend to buy for own stay.

In the current slow market conditions, along with the various measures, fewer buys for investment.

As such, sale with tenancy, tend to get less inquiry.

Having said that, if there lease is expiring soon, or if the rent is of a good yield, there are still buyers out there.
