Hi, I ever bought a HDB flat directly from HDB. Sold it and bought a resale flat. Did not pay the levy then. Now I intend to buy an EC. Do I have to pay any form of levy for selling my first flat plus the interest.

Hi Zainin,

For all DBSS & EC, buyers do not need to pay any Resale Levy.
