Hi Mr. Ben,
1) The main question is whether your spouse owns an HDB flat or private property.
2) If your spouse owns an HDB flat or private property. Then you will not be able to apply to buy an HDB flat with your son.
3) If your spouse only owns the private property, your spouse will have to sell the private property upon key collection of the HDB flat within 6 months.
4) Only if you are divorced or widowed, then you are able to apply for an HDB flat with your son.
5) Your residence status must be an SC, SPR, Long term visit pass, or work pass, and at least one of your sons must be at least 21 yrs old.
