Hi,
I do not intend to get married.
At what age would I be able to own my own HDB flat? Which means the flat is entirely under my name.
What flat type would I be eligible for? (4 Room, Executive etc.)
Would the flat be a new flat or a pre-owned flat?

Evening Chan,

Under the current ruling, single SC are only eligible for resale HDB unit from age of 35.
