Hi, i do have a question which i dont quite understand the answers to. I have an existing HDB loan of about 91k with a remaining of 15yrs to go. If i wish to settle the amount in full, could you advise me how much should i pay? I called Hdb and was told to fill up the form. But i wished to know how much is the est amount or what is the calculation for me to get the figure for full payment of my hdb loan before submitting the form. Can u advise pls.
