Hi, I currently own a private property, and have subsequently applied and signed the lease agreement of a HDB 2R flexi (short lease). I have not collected the keys yet.
Do I have any liability if I did not dispose the private property within these 6 months, as I intend to stay in the HDB for less than 6 months?
