Hi, i currently own a HUDC apartment & a private condo. Can i buy a resale HDB after i only sell off my HUDC apartment? If cannot, what should i do to make myself eligible to buy a resale HDB?

Hi,

YOu can't keep both.
You may try write in to HDB to appeal.

Hi Potential HDB purchaser,

You wont be able to even hold on to your private condo if you purchase a HDB resale flat. You must dispose both within 6 months after completion of HDB purchase.

May I know why do you want to purchase resale HDB flat in the first place?
