Hi,
I currently own a HDB resale which has already fulfilled the 5yr MOP.
I'm about to inherit another HDB flat (fully paid up) once my relative passes on.
Am I allowed to own 2 flats in this circumstance?

Evening Anon,

No HDB owners can have HDB units on holding. You will be required to sell away either unit.
