Hi! I currently own a HDB flat under the Singles scheme in my name (but yet to complete MOP). I am getting married to my GF who owns a private property in her own name. Will there be an issue for my HDB flat? Must I sell it (even though MOP not completed yet)? We are both S'pore Citizens. Thks!

Afternoon,

The answer is NO. The HDB is purchased under your name, before you are married. You are the sole owner of the unit, though you will need your wife's signature during the sales.
