Hi,
I currently apply a BTO flat with my husband and young children. My husband is the main applicant, does it means I am the co-applicant or occupier?
What is the procedure of HDB policy?
Does the wife of the main applicant need to apply as co-applicant?
Cause I don't know when I apply for the flat, should I put as co-applicant or occupier as wife of main applicant?
If I already a co-applicant, does it means that I have to contribute to the housing loan? I am not working. Or my husband contribute to the housing loan alone?
Can I tell the HDB to deduct the loan from my husband's CPF and not my CPF?
Please advise and thanks.
