Hi,

I collected the key of my current HDB flat on Dec 2011. I wonder if I am able to apply for a new flat now since by the time I collect the key of my new flat, I would have met the minimum occupancy requirement.

You can only apply after your 5 year MOP is met. Thanks and hope it clarifies.
