Hi, I bought a HDB 10 years ago. Due to working outside of Singapore, I rented out 10-11 mths every year. And I went back to stay in my HDB 1-2 months every year. As I have gotten 30,000 HDB grant when I bought it, need to check when can I sell that? Must personally stay in my HDB for over 5 years? Thanks

Evening Simon,

Since you have gotten HDB approval for the rental every year, it's would be good for you to check with HDB on your MOP status. If you have stayed in the unit before rental, HDB would register that as owner occupied.
