Hi, I bought a 4 room resale HDB flat in Jul 2009 and am also a joint tenant in a private property with my ex wife. In the divorce settlement, I am supposed to transfer my shares fully to my ex wife but not it is carried out yet. Am I eligible to upgrade to a 5 room HDB resale flat under such circumstances?
