Hi, i bought a 3rm under some kind of low income plan from HDB abt 6 yrs ago. Now i intend to sell if off and buy a 4rm/5rm in bedok. can someone advice me the below.

1. went i sell the 3rm i bought under the low income plan going to tax or anyway i need to pay back HDB?

2. I'm buying a 4rm/5rm near my mum so can i still apply for thr 40k grant?
