Hi ,
i apply a bto flat together with my fiancee ( malaysia pr)and we receive a queue number for selecting of flats on the coming months .
but the situation now is i misunderstood the t&c by HDB that " cooldown of 30 months after disposal of overseas property " instead i thought just need to dispose the property within 6 months after purchasing the flat
my finance actually assisted her sister to put her name to purchase a flat at Malaysia due to her sister does not meet the requirements.
need advise on the situation now am i able to sumbit a appeal ?
