Hi, I applied for a resale flat under the Fiancé-fiancée scheme as applicant/essential occupier. Does the proximity housing grant applies to essential occupier‘s parents? Or only to applicant’s parents?

As long as one of the applicants (be it owner or occupier) parents stay within 4km, they will be able to get the Proximity Housing Grant.
