Hi, I and my spouse is planning for divorce. Our Bto is only 2 yr old and had yet to meet Mop. We are both below 35 years old & has no kid. It seems like after reading online we will have to surrender our flat to HDB if we divorce now. I would like to find out how much we will lose if surrender the flat to HDB. Anyone can advise pls. Thank u

Hi, I suggest you drop by the HDB branch office of your estate to seek advice, and from there you may be able to get some answer.

Hope you are managing well. You might want to check out with the HDB Branch Office to work out your options. It's not a given that HDB will acquire the property, everything will be on case by case basis. Thanks and hope it helps.

Afternoon,

Based on your case, HDB is likely to take back your unit at valuation pricing. As to how much loses you will incur, you can only check it out with HDB.
