Hi, I and my husband both are PR Singapore. We have cash + cpf around $100k. We would like to know is it enough to get a 3 room hdb at choa chu kang and yew tee area with include agent fee, legal fee & etc?

Afternoon Nancy,

The estimated valuation of the unit at around $300k and COV at $35k, you will require $120k in total, based on 80% loan. The 5% downpayment, ABSD and COV must be in cash. It would be ideal if we can meet up to work out the details.
