Hi, I and my husband are both SC. I plan to renounce my citizenship while my husband intends to keep his. What happens to our HDB flat (paid off in full via my cpf and savings and I contributed about 60% )? MOP is also fulfilled. Will I lose the monies I put into it and my husband gains my share without any recompense to me? Or will the flat be sold and proceeds to be returned to each of our own cpfs? Or will he have to buy my share of the flat? We also have adult children together.
