Dear Sir,

Thanks for posting in Propertyguru.

Acoording to your current status, yes you will have to sell off your HDB flat within 6 months from getting the private property. HDB also requires us to inform them of the private property purchase before you exercise the Option To Purchase (OTP) for the private property.

If you have anymore queries, please just feel free to drop me a call. I can try my best to explain to you and also answer whatever questions that you may have. I have served quite a number of clients over time and have been through my fair share of scenarios in different cases. I believe I should be able to provide some advice to you.

If you are free, maybe I can request for you to take a look at my website, www.jeffreyheng.com to read some testimonials my clients have left for me. I believe I should be able to provide the same level of service, and hopefully even better.

Looking forward to hear from you soon! Thanks.
