Hi, I am vexed over my current hdb selling. We wanted to buy a new condo, but realised had to sell our hdb first for financing.

I signed an exclusive agreement with an agent, but felt that he was very laid back, only wanted to use a free platform to promote my unit.

He has been telling me to reduce the price by 10%, even though others are selling the same or even higher than me.

Should i reduce my price? or should i wait for the agreement to expire? Pls advise.
