Hi, I am using my CPF to pay for my resale HDB, my wife does not pay anything for it. Now she wants to withdraw her name from the HDB flat.

I am 47 years old and have a 7 year old kid. How do I withdraw her name in HDB ownership without losing my flat?

Afternoon James,

Did you purchased the unit under open scheme or single scheme? If it's under single scheme, it has nothing to do with your wife, as she's not the owner of the unit. If it's under open scheme, the only time where she can withdraw her name is upon divorce and you are doing a part purchase.
