Morning RH,

I have serviced clients with similar situation. If you unit is still under MOP, HDB will buy back your unit either at valuation or below valuation. If you have fulfilled your MOP, you have 6 months to sell away your unit, from the date your PR status have being cancelled.

Alternatively, since it's an job assignment by your company, get your HR to contact ICA and work things out with them. As long as your HR can furnish the necessary documents, it should increase your chances of PR renewal.
