HI,
I am thinking of surrendering my 4 months 2 room HDB flat, anotheer 56 months before MOP.
It has became hazardous and dangerous to live in due the entire flat been engulfed by low frequency vibration from above the ceiling. Right at the doorstep, I can already sense the low frequency vibration. The moment I stepped into flat I will feel uncomfortable. And the longer I stay in the flat, the more uncomfortable I feel in my head , like dizzyness, light headed and when only I rushed out of the house then i feel relieve and recover. Also i have developed some of the symptoms related to low frequency vibration after exposing to it only for a short well such as
Physical Symptoms:
Headaches: Low-frequency vibrations have been associated with headaches and a general feeling of pressure in the head.
Fatigue: Many individuals report unusual tiredness or fatigue when exposed to low-frequency vibrations.
imbalance and dizziness when exposed to low-frequency vibrations.
Eye Strain: Visual fatigue, difficulty reading, and difficulty interpreting instruments can be associated with low-frequency vibrations.
Mental/Psychological Symptoms:
Difficulty Concentrating:
Many people report difficulty concentrating or focusing on tasks when exposed to low-frequency vibrations.
Irritability:
Increased irritability or sensitivity to noise can be a symptom of low-frequency vibration exposure.
Sleep Disturbances:
Low-frequency noise and vibrations may disrupt sleep patterns and lead to insomnia or other sleep disorders.
Stress and Anxiety:
Low-frequency noise has been linked to increased stress and anxiety levels.
My question is , is this a valid reason to surrender my new 2 room HDB flat that is only 4 months old and 56 months before MOP and can I get back the full amount that I have fully payed for this 2 room HDB bto flat?
Thank You
