Hi, I am thinking of selling my 4 room HDB flat in Teban Gardens... 8 years old unit above #20 level. Looking at recent valuation done at 410k or more, what is the best COV I should request?

Hi Pitlee,

COV depends on a lot of factors.. Just to name afew,

1. Location of your unit
2. Decoration
3. Demands in the market

On average you should be able to request for a COV ranging $30-$35k.
