Hi, I am thinking of buying a HDB but first of all, i want to know the basic difference between the different HDB flats in Singapore.
1. What's the difference between 3NG, 3S, 3I etc...? (how many types are there in fact)?
2. What's EA and EM? And the difference is only in the size? What's the eligibility for these 2 types of flats?
Someone please help.
