Hi,
I am thinking about buying a property near my sister (who is married) and move in with my parents. My parents currently co-own a flat which has been fully paid. We do not wish to sell the flat. However, will it be possible to remove the name of one of my parent from the HDB flat to buy a resale flat with me?

I am currently 28 and my parents are 65 and 63. Will it be possible to deduct the payment from my CPF only? Will i still be eligible for HDB schemes?

Evening,

Your parents forms a family bond, hence it would not be possible to remove one of the name out.
You are below the age of 35 y/o and still single, I presume.
Hence you are not eligible for any of the available scheme.

FYI.
