I will love to assist you with your property purchase but do take note that both of you must be SPR for at least 3 years respectively to be eligible to purchase a resale HDB under public scheme.

Btw I am abit confused which area you are looking at?

You are looking for flats in the west? or East like bedok, simei, kallang etc?

There are a few blocks in Bedok Central that are around 6 to 7 years old.

It's great hearing from you. Probably you can share the exact date that both of you will fulfill 3 years so I can plan further for you.

Do take note that you can only ink OTP on the date you fulfill 3 years so it's advisable to start looking probably just one or two months earlier. It will not be beneficial if you like an unit but cant purchase.

The area that I mentioned about is 219 to 221 series. Asking for the 4RM there is around $630k to $650k right now.

Usually I will advise buyers to buy within their means probably you can share more about your finances on hand (CPF OA funds and cash) so I can draft out a financial plan so you will have a better idea what's your estimated budget.

Afternoon Kelvin,

There are a few clusters of HDB unit that have fulfilled MoP not too long ago, namely at Bedok, Kallang and Eunos. Both of you need to have fulfilled 3 years SPR status before you are eligible to ink the OTP.

Do advice on your budget, sizing requirement and other details on the purchase so that I can assist you further.
