Hi, I am single orphan with no siblings. Can I purchase hdb? I am above 21 years old.

Hi ZQ,
As a single, you have a couple of choices - BTO and resale.
For resale - you will need to wait till you are 35yo.
For BTO you have met 21yo criteria, but there are other conditions to fulfill.
Read the following from HDB website:

Both resale HDB & BTO has the same criteria under Orphan Scheme:
1) One or both of your deceased parents must be either SC or SPR.
2) No siblings purchase under orphan/single/joint single scheme.
3) There are different process and cost between buying BTO and resale. It would be better if you could advise on your intention before able to highlight items you need to take note of.
