My condolences to your loses. Single SC above age of 35 are only eligible for 2 room BTO unit in non-matured estate. Hence you are only eligible for resale HDB unit. However, you are likely to lose whatever deposit or monies that you have spent on the BTO application.

Sorry for your loss. Under the single scheme , you will be eligible only for a resale flat. However as mentioned earlier you stanf to loose your BTO deposit unfortunately.
