HI , I AM SINGLE AGE : 41 YR WITH MONTHLY SALARY $3500 . CURRENTLY LIVE IN PARENT'S HDB FULLY PAID. I WISH TO BUY A FLAT FOR INVESTMENT AND MY CPF IS 180K LITTLE CASH. LIVING WITH ONE SINGLE SIBLING . MAY I ASK WHICH FLAT I CAN BUY ?

Hi, if you are buying resale flat, your consideration will be the loan you can obtain from the bank or HDB and how much cash you have to determine the flat type you are most suitable for.
