Hi, I am single, about to turn 35, earning more than 6k a month.
What are my loan and buying options to purchase a HDB flat, preferable 4 room, and walking distance from MRT only.

Afternoon,

Single SC buyer for HDB resale unit are eligible for HDB loan and housing grant. If your credit record is clean, you should be able to purchase resale unit of around $550k.
