I am Singaporean and my wife is a foreigner holding EP. We want to buy a resale HDB around 500k. We target to loan 400k. But I am only able to loan 250k under the new rule (25yrs, 30% income), but if consider my wife's income, then it would not be a problem. So anyone can tell me how can we get HDB loan for EP holders?
