I am Singapore PR, i want to buy HDB
can help to calculate the property value I can buy.

Monthly gross income: 3700
Age : me 35 , wife : 32
Cash on hand 30000
CPf : 80000

Maximum Home loan Bank can approval.

Hi Mr Lim,

To get the actual quantum you can borrow, it is advisable to do a in principle approval from bank. I can recommend you bankers whom i work closely with. You just need to submit the relevant documents and the bankers can come back with the approved loan quantum within a couple of days.
