Hi, I am Singapore PR but i am Indonasian. i married with Singaporean then my husband buy HDB flat.After I get pr I Working then put my name I pay half My husband pay half, i Use my CPF, now we divorced already and Flat is going to sell, so after sell this HDB , can i eligible to Buy HDB Flat becoz now i am Single PR..please Guide me

Morning,

Only single SC above the age of 35 are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit. PR need to be married in order to be eligible for HDB unit.
