Morning Wong,

If you have fulfilled your MOP, yes. The current ruling only require PR to sell away their HDB unit within 6 month upon getting the keys for the private property, located within Singapore.

Dear Wong,

You may need to check the policies in Malaysia on that, though I find it unlikely that they will block you.

Though, based on Singapore HDB policies, if you're from a SPR household ownership of the HDB, you are not eligible to rent out whole flat or invest in private property, even after your HDB MOP.

If you are co-owners with at least 1 Singapore Citizen, upon the MOP, you are allowed to retain your HDB flat even after acquiring the private residential property.

Hope this helps!
