Hi, I am Singapore PR and going through divorce procedure with my spouse currently.

I would like to know if I can buy resell flat from the market by myself ?

Afternoon,

Only SC single above the age of 35 are eligible to purchase HDB resale unit under single scheme. For PR, you are eligible to purchase private condo.
