May I ask what kind of advice are you looking at? Or are you looking for real estate salespersons to assist you in the sale of your 5 room flat?
Maybe can I suggest that we can meet up for a chat to discuss on this? No worries as there are no obligations at all. Before that, probably you can share more with me what are you keen to find out from me?
But first, I can touch on some usual questions that seller has on mind. First the sales proceeds. To derive it, you need to find out whats the estimated sale price based on the recent past transactions. Find out how much outstanding loan (if any) and CPF utilised plus accrued interest. Take sale price and minus off them.
Secondly, I will like to share with you that due to the cooling measures over the past few years, resale HDB market has been abit slow recently. But as long as your asking price is realistic, you should be able to sell it off at the shortest time and best price.
Lastly, what's your next plans after selling off current existing unit?
